About IQMC510

The IQMC510 platform is designed for a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller based on an IQonIC Works self-designed RISC-V CPU core, featuring vector and custom instructions. It offers significant advantages for edge artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) applications.

The platform included a 6-stage pipeline processor with branch prediction, operating at speeds over 250 MHz. This platform provides a specific combination of I/Os, including CAN bus, 10/100 Ethernet MAC, and a 12-bit, 500 ksps SAR ADC. Its comprehensive peripheral interfaces include 4 UARTs, SPI, I²C, and up to 96 programmable GPIOs.

It is specifically optimized for motor control, industrial automation, and small to medium embedded system applications.

Generous Memory Resources

The IQMC510 series platform offers rich embedded memory resources, including 1MB of flash storage and up to 512KB of RAM. It also has a 32KB ROM containing first-stage boot loader and flash support routines, 32KB tightly coupled instruction, 32KB tightly coupled data SRAM with parity, and QSPI controller for external flash interface.

IQMC510 series platform features a 12-bit 500ksps SAR ADC for efficient analog-to-digital conversion, supports 20 external input channels for multi-sensor data processing, and includes a built-in temperature sensor to monitor the MCU’s temperature, ensuring reliability and durability.
